I'm looking forward to seeing some well barked butts! The first cook is always extra special. Love that copper color!

Hard to call that an ugly smoker.

6 hours and pulled at 195. The Texas crutch went in at 150, they looked really good but I was in a hurry to get them in foil and the smoker buttoned back up, so forgot pics. In the faux Cambro now, and the judge seems to be interested as you can see in the one picture. Click image for larger version Name:	image.jpeg Views:	1 Size:	772.3 KB ID:	232306

You may have to get a Yeti cooler to keep out that "bear"!

Personal taste test, cooks choice..... Not bad, done just right, tender and pretty juicy. Bones came right out after about 30 minutes wrapped up. Will use my own rub next time. the crowd has approved. Click image for larger version
