I am cooking a pork loin with bacon weave it's 2.78lb. & about 2.5" thick If cooked at 325* any idea how long to reach 145* internal temp? I cook on a COS that is modified & insulated W/ temp controller. all help appreciated & thanks.

Spices: Lots of 'em.
At 325, plan on 20 to 30 minutes per inch of thickness, so a 2.5" thick would take approximately 50 to 75 minutes. I've cooked pork loins on kettles and BGEs with and without a bacon weave and I'm usually on the high end of the time estimates.
GirlpoweredBBQ, A loin or tenderloin is normally very dry so the bacon weave helps with the moisture keeping the roast coated with bacon grease while it cooks & adds a little flavor
