2nd inaugural* on MiniWe1 (ala CL)









May have been slightly underdone but I trust the butcher and know the meats are good.

Annointed with avocado aioli and served served atop herbed cauliflower risotto (I believe). All the GF's contributions.



As always the GF's guard dog was totally unimpressed with me.

Can you have more than one inaugurals?

Not sure but MiniWe2 might be acquired tonight after the JayOhBe. Who knew small grills could be so satisfying.

That's a Jumbo Joe - correct? A friend gave me one last Christmas. I've used it to grill shrimp several times and hold my charcoal chimney. Would be a good way to sear too.

I know its goofy but I find it very fun.
I think you can do a lot on it with a little practice.
Might be getting the 14.5" Smokey Silver today.
Have a family bbq off site that I want to bring a whole line up.

I have one too. Got it real cheap at Target end of summer sale. I really need to use it more.
