    Sunday Last Meal Ribs

    4 racks of home-teimmed SLC's rubbed and ready. They were factory brined/injected so no dry brining necessary. They will get hung in the propane cabinet smoker before 2:00pm. Service time will be 8:30-9:00 tonight. More pics later.
