Recently got a SNS, did some burgers 1 night and pork chops the next. Had an inmpromtu day to work from home so took advantage and got some ribs from the local butcher. THey were frozen when I got them at 12:30...put them on a lit grill at 1:40. By 6pm they were done.
Definitely one of my top cooks. Just about ate 1 rack myself.

Yes that is an old Brinkman verital smoker that's warped and leaky. Bought the SNS to replace...think I'll get a PBC next summer for cooking more stuff at once
