    I am cooking pork & beef ribs on the 4th. if the pork gets done 1or2 hrs. before the beef would it hurt them if I rap in foil & put in the faux Cambro for a couple of hrs.? Any thoughts are welcome.

    I routinely hold pork back ribs in a 200 deg. oven (unwrapped) for an hour or three before serving with no issues. A faux cambro would probably work just as well if not better.

      Your plan won't hurt things at all. Have you though about staging your rib cook ... beef first by about a couple of hours and then the pork?

        Yes I did but I have never done a full grill before & my COS has about 14* difference from side to side I plan on the pork going on the cooler side so I don't know just how much that will affect the time.
