I vaguely remember a discussion from several years back where someone mentioned that HT carried a brand of pork that was a step up from from the commodity pork we normally see. Does anyone remember the brand?

Next week I will be passing through HT territory and am thinking I should throw a cooler in the truck just in case I see a HT.

The internet says that they carry regular pork, specialty pork (Duroc), and their organic pork is Niman Ranch. That sounds worthwhile to me.

Duroc Pork.
We've bought the the chops and "ribeye" chops and they're excellent. Definitely a step up from "unbranded" pork. They're labeled "Villari Foods Prime" in Cryovac sealed 1lb 2-packs i.e. you get two 8oz chops per pack. The regular price is $6.49 per pack.
