Hello folks,
I live in Oceanside CA (Northern most coastal San Diego County). I'm planning a neighborhood Memorial Day BBQ. I want to wow them w/ the best St. Louis ribs the've ever had. I ruled out the Swift commodity ribs at Costco. I enjoy the color and marbling of Berkshire and or Duroc pork. I found "Prairie Fresh Prime Competition grade St. Louis Spare Ribs" Online at Hunts Point. I was willing to pay the premium price, but shipping costs make these beyond my budget.
As of yet, I have not been able to find anything other than commodity ribs locally. I see Wildfork has Ibirco, but the reviews are not good.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Respectfully,
JD
