We had a huge storm here last night and I had to get up early this morning and move the butts to the oven. I wrapped them in foil and they are finishing up now. Obviously since they were foiled and baked they don't exactly have a crusty bark.
Can I move them to the gas grill to crisp them up on the outside or is it best to just pull and admit defeat?
Cool! I'm gonna give it a spin, but I now realize that could be tough... It's gloriously tender and coming apart so I'm not sure how to get it on and off the pit without courting disaster!
