Around sixty years ago you didn't need to go through all the hassle of cooking ribs over hot coals or splits or whatever your fire choice. No sir or ma'am, just break out the can opener.
Given commercial canning methods these likely resembled boiled ribs......oh, yummy. These were a convenience food from the early '60s, and didn't catch on for some reason.
I probably ate these and didn’t know it. In 1965 I was 9 years old. My mom was mostly terrible as a cook but being 9, I didn’t know it until I was an adult learning how to cook myself. This is something she would serve. Sorry mom. The facts are the facts. 🤷♂️
