    Yes and Malcolm just released a video of cutting the ribs down before smoking to reduce cooking time and increase flavor. He said that he enjoyed the results.

      Is that Malcom’s version of Blasphemy Ribs? I have a friend who cuts them in pairs as a starter serving size. I haven’t done it that way but think I might on my next rib cook.
