First Cook on the Half Pint Humphrey

Got my Humphrey Half Pint last week. Had to do all the boring stuff like setting the doors and seasoning last weekend so this weekend it was ready for its first cook.

Her maiden cook were a couple of racks of spare ribs rubbed with one of the Oakridge rubs that came with the smoker. Usually use Memphis Dust but I had these on hand and this one seemed good as didn't already have a smokey smell.

Excellent ribs and really good smoker. Didn't use much fuel at all. Had to top up the water pan right at the end but only half filled it to begin with.
