Holiday Weekend Pork Butt on the Offset

So I mixed a small amount with my usual Lexington-style sauce. SWHBO's mom doesn't like it because it's "too spicy".


The rest I served unsauced in a big bowl with My Lexington sauce and MH's Combian Gold, minus the hot sauce. I had never had it before. It was really good.


Here's a sammy with the mustard sauce and some oil and vinegar cole slaw from the supermarket:


Last but not least, BARK LIKE A DOG!


So, the upshot is, the offset is a big PITA to handle compared to my propane and electric, but food is a way better.

You MUST try it, cdevito . The dough hook works best. My brother, who has been smoking for 20 years nearly peed himself when I showed him.
