Snow, rain, hail, sleet, wind and zero degrees the smoker goes on. But I understand your issue. Let us know how they taste.

Duanessmokedmeats. Ok I'll concede to that, but I might be tempted.

What it's nasty out, you can do a little liquid smoke on ribs and do them in the oven. No... not the real thing, but it's a partial approximation.

My sister served those at a family cookout this past summer. Said she had ribs to add to the mix. Didn’t think much of it until I saw them.
First thought was YOU OUT YOUR MIND
However other than being almost equal parts ribs and sauce, they didn’t totally suck. Actually in a pinch they were almost kinda ok. That being said you sure as hell won’t find them in my fridge or freezer.

We picked up a bag of them last summer, managers special or "store aged" I like to say.
Actually, weren't that bad. Don't remember what flavor they were. Not really looking for more either.

oops....didn't notice the "cook in bag" thing. This is NOT what we bought. It was just a pre seasoned "bag" of ribs.

Preseasoned meat in the case scares me and I run away. I have purch'd a cooked rack of St Louey's n a whole roti chicky for $20. Costco. Suchadeal.

I haven’t tried anything like that in a few years. I remember thinking they have a hammy taste. I do recall that Meathead was going to get involved with a similar product, but backed out due to quality concerns. I remember thinking, “Good move, Meat. Stay away.” Maybe he can add more, maybe my memory is faulty.

There are several compies that sell precooked ribs, Kingsford/Masterpiece among them. I consulted with one for a year.

I love the irony of the label "Memphis style". And they are saucy - the exact OPPOSITE of Memphis style ribs with dry rub...

              Disclaimer:

Just so everyone knows, I had nothing to do with those ribs. Even though my name is on them....
