    Traegerized Pork tenderloin

    The two pork tenderloins were marinaded in Italian Dressing for 3-4 hours
    I used vegetable oil as a binder for the first time to see how it worked. I think it worked fine.
    Seasoned with pork and poultry rub
    Smoked at 225*F, super smoke mode, to 145*F internal
    No BBQ Sauce was needed.

    When I do pork tenderloin on my pellet grill, I like to sear it 90 seconds a side in cast iron first. That crust just takes it up a notch.
