Pork belly skin?

    Pork belly skin?

    So, as noted in a previous thread, Costco only had skin on pork bellies available.
    I got the skin removed pretty successfully (no butchers need worry about me taking their job).
    Now I need ideas on what to do with the skin so it doesn’t get wasted.

      Was at Costco Colorado Springs this week, they didn't have any belly. tstalafuse must of gotten there before me.

        Not me, it must have been all those touristas coming up the mountain.. Although, we were there last weekend and didn't see any either.

        Yes and everyone of them is here in Buena Vista, it's a zoo. Getting out of here Monday camping down on the Conejos River.

        I got one of those pork bellies skin on. I didn’t realize it until I cured and smoked it. Now my bacon has this tough chewy parts. I will definitely remove it next time.
