    When I was 23 years old, had moved away from home to a state where I knew no one, and one of my first purchases was a 2 burner (H burner) Sunbeam gas grill, I called home on the old landline to ask my parents how to cook the ribs I just bought. They told me to cut up in 3-4 bone sections, boil in a pot for a bit until tender, then to put them on my new gas grill and brush with BBQ sauce to finish. It was 1989, I knew no better, and there was no Internet to look up any other advice with, so I followed their directions for a few years, until I got a bullet smoker (Brinkman) around 1992, and an offset a couple of years after that...

        Here is an idea.....put the ribs on your smoker and let them smoke/cook. You will be amazed at the results!

        Drink or dump the beer.
