Have to stop smoking ribs half done - what to do?

    Glad you guys had a good evening, Jim! I hope those ribs turn out to be delicious, but either way, it was an adventure.

      All's well that ends well. Good food, good friends, good ice cream, and good ribs just finishing up when you got home. Let's see, that would be a win-win-win-win for the day.

        Well, about 4:30pm, an hour before the Superbowl, I set the oven to 250, and put the foil wrapped ribs in for an hour. I then put them on a rack in a pan with a brushing of Yvonne's favorite Dreamland BBQ sauce, and turned the oven to broil for 5 minutes. For those of you who haven't had the Dreamland sauce, its a thinner, more vinegary BBQ sauce, not thick like the KC style sauces.

        The results were surprisingly good, and they had a nice clean bite. All in all a win, and my contribution to our Superbowl party for 2!

        All in all I recommend this method if you have to eat ribs a day after you cook them...
