If I have BB ribs with the heavy loin piece I tend to wrap after a couple of hours to hold the moisture in. Never tried trimming the loin off may have to give that a go next time. All I ever see around here is the BB with the heavy loin.

I routinely purchase BBs, because they're generally cheaper here (in NC) than SLs. Thanks to this site and these fine folks, I now understand what to look for when buying ribs. So I try to eyeball 'em real well and avoid the racks with too much loin meat attached.
Anyway, my crew here doesn't really care if I cook BB's or SL's.
They're just glad to have ribs for supper.
