I still had the dorm frig that I used as a yeast refrigerator back in my all-grain beer brewing days.
Since Tuffy said to put the butt in the frig uncovered overnight, I decided it would be best to take the dorm frig out in my shop and convert it for use as a dedicated meat frig.
I got the best smoke flavor ever since I used my new Amazin' smokie thingy along with the pellet grill.
Used hickory pellets, along with the apple juice injection that Tuffy specified.
We put several slices in the crockpot set on Low with BBQ sauce over them.
Tender and delicious.
