Baby back ribs in 4 hours
/trimmed, removed dangles and silver skin, season with Traeger Anything season—lightly, and Traeger rub moderately. Then smoked at at 180’f for three hours. Time to foil wrap. BBQ sauce on the foil, place ribs meat side down and added bbq sauce to bac of ribs.
set Traeger to 350’f the cooked for another 45 minutes.
‘I rate them 8/10. maybe cook a little longer.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
bbqLuv I haven't heard of them, but just found it on a search. Was this their "Sinistor Black" Ale? I want to look for it at the store just because I like the name, haha...
