    Pork shoulder boneless roast

    My wife brought home one of those injected, deboned, rolled and tied pork shoulder roast (picnic). What the heck are you suppose to do with this thing?

    She want's pulled pork sandwiches but I think I'll need to go buy an appropriate cut later.

    Help.

    I would cook it just like a bone in shoulder or picnic. When I cook picnics I like to a marinate them and make Cubano sandwiches.

      My thoughts were to put on the rotisserie and slice it when done. I think a mojo marinade would be a great idea. Thanks. Whole shoulders usually get the Pernil treatment.

      Why not give it a go as pulled pork sandwiches? You might discover a new thing you like to cook sometimes.

        Deboned, rolled, tied, injected with salt water. Not much fat. I'll wait until I get a proper shoulder (not a picnic roast) or some large butts.
