    Looking for suggestions and recipes for leftover pork loin. There is half left.

    Cut some into strips or chunks like fajitas, sauce/spice it up with some fajita or taco seasoning, and enter it into the taco contest that is running this week!

    Sandwiches. Schnitzel (although already cooked, but maybe cold would work?). Nachos.

      Thin slice pork, saute thin sliced onions and add pork. Melt some white cheese and serve on a toasted sub bun. Dress with a spicy brown mustard for a kick.

          diced in omelettes, onions,peppers, and your favorite hot sauce and seasoned to your liking. Of course some pepper jack cheese.

                  If you have plenty of time make fzxdoc caramelized onions. Those spread on top with your favorite cheese would make an incredible sandwich.
