    Question abatc275out

    I picked up this pork loin awhile go and pulled it out from the freezer. I'm planning on doing it tomorrow. I'm thinking Kettle with SnS at 275ish.. I'll use B&B. My question, how long for a mini loin? I've never seen one under 2#. Ideas, thoughts appreciated.

      Yea, I figured to treat it like a tenderloin. If that's the consensus, KBB and a chunk of something.

          IMO it takes a little longer than a tenderloin, it's the thickness... granted it's a short one but it's the thicker end of a short one... I'd guess closer to 2 hours, as pork loin at 225 is about a 3-4 hour cook depending on how I prepare it. Obviously most internet searches will lead you to tenderloin timing which is 1/4 of the thickness...

              Suggestions on how long to cook a mini pork loin. And I only had 1 beer and a glass of wine when I posted. Considering the bottle is gone, alcohol wasn't the cause.
