    !0-2 Pitmaster, 10-2 BBQ
    3-2-1 works when you 10-2, that is when you tend to your BBQ.
    Actually, 3-2-1 method is just fine for Pellet grilling,
    Reviews are in--a little bit tough, undercooked, just short of bite off the bone, but taste is there.
