    Peach injected pulled pork

    My wife recently got me a book by Big Bob Gibson, which I have no idea if it is good or not, but
    it had a recipe for peach injected pulled pork which sounded good to me. Has anyone ever tried this or
    any of his recipes and your thoughts?

    kendec65 I am with you. It sounds great. I have done lots of Pork Butt, but never injected. I found this recipe for a Cherry Dr. Pepper injected pork butt that I thought I mignt try. http://www.smoking-meat.com/february...for-super-bowl

          I've done some injections with White Grape Juice/Peach. It's okay -- Not a striking difference from apple juice in my opinion.

              It is all money. I had it on my Kindle app, then my Amazon account was hacked and I lost all my Kindle books...bummer.
