These are a regular meal for us...
Cut one of these down into smaller pieces and we will get 5 or 6 meals out of it. We usually marinate them. Great on the grill or in the oven.
I like doing these on the Weber kettle rotisserie. Wrapped in bacon of course. 😉. I also cut them down, usually into four equal pieces. Really economical. Especially these days.
I do this also. What’s great is you can stuff it with just about anything you have in your fridge and it’ll be good. And who doesn’t always have bacon in there? 😊😉
