    Pork Loin with Crispy Bark

    Mad Scientists smoked then seared a Pork Loin. After the cook and before slicing he demos the bark
    Do pellet grill, Go Traeger.
    I also find it interesting that the Mad Scientist talks about his use of a pellet grill.

    We buy these occasionally from Costco as well. I will cut some into chops and a couple of roasts and put into the freezer.

      These are a regular meal for us...
      Cut one of these down into smaller pieces and we will get 5 or 6 meals out of it. We usually marinate them. Great on the grill or in the oven.​

        I like doing these on the Weber kettle rotisserie. Wrapped in bacon of course. 😉. I also cut them down, usually into four equal pieces. Really economical. Especially these days.

        Here's another way we've used a pork loin. Filleted it and stuff with some goodies, then rolled, wrapped in bacon and tied.

          I do this also. What’s great is you can stuff it with just about anything you have in your fridge and it’ll be good. And who doesn’t always have bacon in there? 😊😉
