    Q. Is bacon a dessert?
    A. Bacon can be eaten at every meal of the day. For dessert, try Bacon Apple Pie or Bacon Maple Ice Cream.

I have 16 of my 30# haul back in November left of Nueske’s. I now have to think of conserving. Don’t wanna run out. Everyday is bacon day! Yessir!

Our local Menards had 24oz Black Label thick cut bacon in their freezer case for $6 per package. I usually buy Wright's from my local grocery, but at this price, I had to stock up! The Wright's is more than double right now.

I'll have to do a belated celebration. I have a lot of leftovers from yesterday. My daughter didn't want any to take home. Football and dips, dippers, burnt ends and othe goodies. Can't complain.

I went to the market to get some that day and ended up with 9 lbs or 30 bucks! Cooked some and went back for another 15lbs. Packaged 3 lbs per package I just broke it down to 1 pounders and refroze. Very thick and fantastic flavor and cooks up very nice.
Also got a nice price on whole loins so I restocked my freezer with chops and a couple roasts.

Way to load up. Did the cashier look at you like you had two heads?
