Wrapping pork butt, not in foil/paper, but in pumpkin?

I am....I am tempted. Wrap it in a pumpkin.

As inspired by this post on the Grilla Grills Facebook group:

Why not? Seems very similar to the foil boat method that’s starting to get popular.

Nope. Not a fan of anything pumpkin. I like my Q simple and traditional.

Yeah, I am out on this. Any gourd, squash or the like I am out on. That being said, I do love launching pumpkins in my buddies pumpkin cannons, but other than that, I am out! (We do not fill them with pulled pork before launch. )

Pumpkin Spice Brisket, No I don't think so. But it may be better than eating a salted slug.

Might cause loss of man card or loss of woman card...

Instead of discounting "Pumpkin Wrapped Brisket", think of uses for it.
                    I offer the following example:
But if you used pumpkin spiced rub, pumpkin spiced injection, and pumpkin spiced BBQ sauce?
Then shred and then chop it real fine, or run it through and food processor.
You could brew up a pumpkin-spiced Brisket Lata. Add chocolate for a pumpkin-spiced brisker mocha.
