I had a some leftover pieces of meat from a pork butt I broke down into smaller piece that I needed to use up. While on a garage sale prowl, I found an old Universal grinder (pictures below) that I couldn’t resist. Followed MH recipe, came out great but I have lots leftover that I won’t eat soon. The meat was already frozen once before I thawed it for this - am I going to have any problems if I refreeze it? I’m thinking because it’s now ground and seasoned I’m not going to notice any difference.

Refreezing won’t make the meat bad, but it will degrade the quality when you thaw. Being sausage I don’t think it will be terribly noticeable. I remember the warning not to refreeze meat, but I’ve been doing it without a problem. Of course you could cook it and freeze it for quick use in the future.
