There are many questions slopping around in my head on how to go about this. To avoid any mayham or have an unwanted twist in the tail, any advice or instructions would be much appreciated. I'm wanting is to stay a-head of the game (it has been halved).
I know from my days of roasting whole pigs that the cheek is one of the best bites on a hog, so I'd say go for it. Just be sure to save a cheek for yourself.
