I saw a picture of a pulled pork belly sandwich today. I never thought of PPB before, just bacon or burnt ends.
For those of you that made PPB, how was it? It sounds like it could be too fatty -- was it overpowering? Do you just need vinegar-style coleslaw to balance it out? 🤔
