I don't know why i didn't think of this before... If you want to impress people with bacon, while you are frying it toss in some meathead's memphis dust. Just make sure you are using his latest recipe without the salt. The bacon is already salty. Myself, I like to toss in some onion and raw pepper (your choice, hot or sweet) and cook till everything is how you like it done. There it is folks! gourmet bacon...
