Thanks. That's what I figured. I bought a couple of racks and froze one thinking I might smoke the other this weekend. But then I was thinking maybe next weekend. I guess I'll either cook it or freeze it.
May I suggest you either cook it or freeze it, or freeze it then cook it, or cook it then freeze it, or cook and eat it, boil it in beer for "Drunken Ribs".
