    Pork Crown roast

    100% used amazing ribs recipe. The stuffing was great. I was concerned that it was only seasoned with salt and pepper, but the smoke was all that was needed to make the pork flavor come out. Served 8.     I did S&P only on a pork belly and was amazed at how good it was. Haven't had the guts to try it on wibs or anything else yet.
