    Pork chops with homemade rub

    Grilled some pork chops, dry brined and homemade rub. Also, used new Lumberjack pellets on grill grate for some smoky flavor. I’m liking the pellets aroma, hopefully they’ll do well in my Smokefire too! Chops turned out nice and tasty,

        They look great. Putting some pellets on the grates really does add to the flavor. I've been putting mine on some foil to burn off. Helps keep the unburned ones from lingering in the grates getting a grease build up. Either way though, it all turns out good.

          Nice choppers! Also a great way to "use" those hot spots on your grill.
