    Jerk Pulled Pork

Getting ready to do a Jerk Pulled pork using a dry jerk rub with the traditional jerk ingredients.
I plan on cooking it in my Acorn Grill and at the last hour, wrapping it in a large banana leaf to let it stem.
Want to serve it with a pineapple mango chutney.
This will be a first for me.
    Any suggestions?
I have done lots of pulled pork, this sounds like a good twist.

halfglass, I have a next door neighbor, he came from Jamaica and is a Nurse but I don't know anything more about him, except that he is a Vegetarian, a late conversion. If I see him I will ask him if he has any Family Secrets! I will post anything I come up with. Welcome to the Pit, Dan
