The pulled pork that I added the spices to from Meatheads recipe for italian sausage was really good. I only used a bit on the poppers so last night I heated some up and added spaghetti sauce to it then put it in bread with provolone cheese. It was kind of a cheese steak with tomato sauce and it was really really good. Now we have another way to eat pulled pork.
Im thinking of doing some kind of pastrami flavor spices or a corned beef spice mix to some pulled pork and add shredded carrots and potatoes and make a kind of corned beef hash to have with eggs. Maybe a little shredded cabbage too.
