My Brother and his family were visiting from Sammamish, Wa. So we did a few Pizzas Monday evening in the Oven. It was too nasty to cook outside unfortunately. Thanks EdF the Sauce was a hit! I made Six Pizzas total, the first couple went too fast to get Pictures.
Garlic, Mozzarella,and Ricotta
I spiced this Sauce up with Some Smoked Garlic and Ghost Pepper Salt, added some dried ghost pepper powder and topped the Pizza with Leftover Bourbon, Cherry Ghost Pepper Glazed Rib meat sliced real thin.
