Results from the third cook on the Bakerstone Pizza Oven

When I bought the oven in the spring, I know my wife thought it was stupid.

I made pizza out at the trailer last weekend, and it was great.

Earlier this week, my wife REQUESTED pizza for tonight - I win!

This oven (along with the PBC I also bought for the trailer) has CERTAINLY stepped up the food game out here! Definitely better fare than the usual burgers, chicken breasts, steaks - which are all still great. These two units just make our options a LOT better.

Anyway, I'm getting better at the pizzas - still almost round, but tasty. Here's the obligatory food porn:

Both cheddar and mozza. The sausage you can see best is spicy Italian that I made on Wednesday. There was also pepperoni, salami, and a little bit of ham. Very tasty!
