    Roccbox Results

    Made a few pies on the Roccbox today. Took a little under 70 seconds in the oven. Left the last one in a bit too long on one spot.

    Cappicola, pepperoncini, mozzarella, Kenji's NY style pizza sauce.

      They were pretty tasty, but I think I like my NY style pizza dough (Kenji's recipe) a bit better. Going to try it with 00 flour instead of bread flour next time.

      I love the oven when using the gas burner. Just wish it did better with the wood burning burner.
