Did a couple pizzas on the Kamado tonight. Used a gluten free dough recipe (wife has an allergy to gluten). It ended up being kinda crappy - did not like the dough. I was wondering if anyone has a good gluten free pizza dough recipe??

I'll check with the boss ... she's been known to make pizza crust using cauliflower ... wasn't too awful.
Thanks fellas. First time I did a pizza on the kamado. Cracked a cheap pizza stone. Thinking of getting baking steel except they charge 49 bucks to ship to Canada. GUH!!!
I've had two BGE stones - they're pretty indestructible as far as heat goes. Gave one to a friend when I was able to assemble a second BGE from parts that were replaced.
