I would be in, if SWMBO would cooperate! As it is, I don't see it happening!

Plus I am not happy with some of the numbers on bloodwork I had done Monday. Blood sugar and A1C *up* AFTER a 12 hour fast, compared to 3 months ago... I dread going to the doctor next Tuesday and being told I am pre-diabetic. On the plus side, LDL went down from 118 to 48 after 3 months on the lowest dose of generic statin drugs...

I have split two with Kim in the last six days. Just for convenience, Kroger self rising crust. Then I toss one of those half cans of sliced mushrooms on top, followed by some type of shredded cheese. At five bucks plus the extra toppings, it cannot be beat.

Both pizza and cheese sticks are cooked in cast iron pans.

But on the plus side, I did try a new pizza cart last weekend. I bought a slice from Paladin Pie and it was very good.

Homemade Taco Pizza

Stretch the homemade dough


Add the salsa that was blended smooth


Next top with cheese, seasoned beef and black olives


Bake at 500° for 8 to 10 minutes


Drizzle with sour cream and taco sauce


Add lettuce and tomatoes
