Are you able to find good tomatoes in the smaller 14-ounce cans? I am forced to buy them in 28-ounce cans. I use them for pizza sauce and have lots left over. So I freeze the sauce but when defrosted it's more watery than when made fresh. What's your experience with canned tomatoes and pizza sauce?

We blanch and make a years worth of sauce each summer. Haven't used canned peeled tomatoes in a while, but I remember having the same struggle you have. Gotta buy huge tins if you want good ones.
