As some here know I recently purchased a new stand mixer, my first ever. I’ve now used it at least once a week since getting it and love what it’s putting out.
Pizza 3 weekends in a row, lobster ravioli, although no pics of them, Fettuccine Alfredo, a Stromboli, oh yeah and a cheesecake, no pics of that either.
The pizzas were all as good if not better than any takeout around me. Still getting the hang of it and experimenting with different doughs.
The Fettuccine was very possibly the best I’ve ever eaten and the Stromboli was almost spot on.
Anyway. Here’s the eye candy. Oh the one in the takeout box was just to keep it warm while my wife was eating hers.
