This video series details the making of Neapolitan pizza dough from start to finish and uses a fairly low hydration recipe which I think is good for beginners like myself. This series is definitely not going to win any awards for production values, but the guy does a really good job of both explaining the technique as well as clearly demonstrating it. I recommend this for any other newbie out there! I'll link to the first chapter and then there is a pop-up at the end of each video linking to the next one. The entire series is only 6 videos. The other thing I like about these is the videos are only as long as they need to be, IOW, unlike a lot of YouTube videos, there's not a tonne of extraneous crap in them that you don't need to see.

You mean like the extraneous "n" and "e" at the end of the word ton? 😁Originally posted by pkadare View Postthere's not a tonne of extraneous crap in them that you don't need to see.

I have a Hasty Bake that I won right here on Amazing Ribs ! Also have a pellet grill but the HB is the best for daytime BBQ. Like my Thermoworks chef alarm and heat resistant gloves.
Thank you . I love pizza but have problems with the dough every time. I will be trying this asap.
