I saw this a few day ago, and was blown away. You see, I cook pizza for a living, and this video has really inspired me, work wise for many reasons. I've cooked many Detroit style, as well as cast iron type pizzas at home, but their prep method would work well at the restaurant . Stay tuned...lol
This method would also work very well for home chefs too!

WOW. You have to watch the entire thing. They just keep getting better! I want the jalapeno/green pepper/dino rib one!!!! (The shrimp one is a close second.)
That red wine reduction sauce......very interesting. And those were some hot ovens, too.
