After mixing all my ingredients in a bowl I’ll put the meatball mixture in a zip top bag and smash it out even and flat. I’ll then cut down both sides of the bag and open it up. Next I’ll take my pizza cutter and cut the meat. The squares are easy to form into balls and I get meatballs uniform in size.

Great idea, I'll try this method the next time I make the family recipe. Rolling them has always been a bit time consuming but not as much as browning them - gotta brown them in a cast iron skillet for best flavor
