    Deviled Eggs

What’s your favorite way to prepare deviled eggs?

mayo, mustard, relish, dash of paprika and sometimes a sprinkle of chives.

These are by far the best I’ve ever had. Just use pickled jalapeños and add a bit more bacon. https://realhousemoms.com/bacon-jalapeno-deviled-eggs/

Did you just post the photo or did you type up the recipe?

My stepdaughter's late mother-in-law added curry powder as a secret ingredient. They were awesome.

I have not tried this yet but it seems interesting.

Here is a short video about them.

Not sure about the Greek yogurt instead of mayo but it’s the technique the video shows that’s important. I’m sure if I make them it will be mayo instead of yogurt.

I'm making them, the eggs are in IP now. I absolutely require pickle relish in them, my nephew started that trend as a kid, and none of us can do without now. One of my fav websites (great photos, btw) has basic deviled eggs like I've always done, but adds chicharones, I might try that but not sure I want my eggs to crunch! https://girlcarnivore.com/chicharones-deviled-eggs/

I don't like Deviled Eggs, but I make them a lot for my wife and her friends

I did try this recipe and I thought it tasted good, and my wife likes them... I just don't like Deviled Eggs

Smoked Deviled Eggs - Hey Grill, Hey

My wife likes this one a lot, with some modifications. She uses miracle whip instead of mayo (we actually do not like MW in this house, but she said this recipe is an exception), swaps the sweet pickle juice to dill and adds finely diced dill pickles. Sometimes I will cold smoke the egg whites for her as well, and I only do half the eggs when I do because some people don't like smoke.

*EDIT* I just got scolded... I forgot to mention she adds a little horse radish as well.

Panhead John I guess maybe it's a texture thing? I don't like egg or potato salad either. I like all the ingredients in other stuff, and I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs... just don't like Deviled Eggs.

The million $ recipe is my go to. I swap jalapeno juice for the pickle juice. The butter is the key.

I love deviled eggs, but I've never made them. Someone else always brings them to the party and I'm allocated to bringing the protein.

I made some from an online recipe years ago and forgot to save it. They had bacon on the top, and they were the best deviled eggs I had ever eaten.

The worst were at a wedding, and I think I know who made them. They had large chunks of black olives in the yolk. I almost lost it. In the garbage it went.

SheilaAnn that’s pretty much the ingredients we use as well, and sometimes I’ll mix in a little Worchestershire or Soy sauce (just a little bit!)

We also use Tony's in ours. I like bacon and jalapeno in mine as well.

My cousin puts a small shrimp on hers. I am not a big fan of hers - i like just a regular deviled eggs with mayo, any kind of mustard, a little garlic powder, sweet pickle relish topped with paprika. But everyone else likes the shrimp topped eggs

Shrimp would probably be ok with the right ingredient mix, but those tiny salad shrimp don't hit the same. I would suggest to her that maybe she cook up some 41/50 (small) shrimp and then maybe slice them in half or just go with the whole shrimp...

Your recipe is very close to mine. I do add salt and pepper to mine.

I use horseradish sauce instead of mayo. A little paprika or dried parsley on top. Lazy but good.
