STEbbq I've never had a panic attack, but feel the reaction I had to the death nut was something similar! This challenge occurred at a monthly beer brewing club meeting, and the guy who brought the nuts has such a high tolerance he could just munch on them without issue. Everyone else who tried reacted in a similar manner to me. And I always go for the XX-hot stuff. But the Death Nut, at 16 MILLION Scoville units, is in another class.

Cornbread? It's not really baking, easy to mix up and pour into skillet or baking dish to cook. You could make several with different additions, one with corn and peppers, one with jalapenos, all kinds of variations.

Cold and refreshing fresh cut watermelon cubes store bought pre packaged (if freshly cut). Keep it simple, who does not like watermelon with chicken.

Plus watermelon will help cool the heat after the challenge... but cutting your own watermelon cubes is probably a lot cheaper.
